The Manager, Field Account Management promotes customer retention and works to develop team members who build, maintain, and protect customer MRR through consultation and relationship management. They coach towards accuracy in bottom-up churn forecasting within their team, communicates honestly and openly, and builds a culture of collaboration and shared success. They own their team’s performance and its management of accounts, are data-driven in their decision making and are capable of developing, communicating, and executing on large strategic initiatives. They are able to work with and influence stakeholders across the business. They are responsible for coaching and developing team members while also owning their own development and growth of responsibilities. Additionally, they are capable of aligning the goals and objectives of the team with those of the broader business and promote the “why” behind the work we do every day!

What You'll Do:
- Drive team attainment in both CGR and KPI targets
- Coordinate group training/alignment/collaboration sessions across the team
- Lead weekly 1:1s with assigned team members
- Monitor specific KPI metrics and salesforce maintenance of team and broader field organization
- Build accountability within yourself and your team to track and forecast MRR churn
- Support MRR-generating initiatives and activities, with a focus on revenue protection and MRR expansion opportunities
- Effectively communicate the “why” behind business initiatives, our impact, and how we measure success
- Support the growth and development of your individual contributors
- Drive 70%+ of individual attainment against CGR goal
