As the Manager, Enterprise Sales Analytics & Systems you will have business ownership over Tripadvisor's Enterprise Sales organizations’ use of Sales Analytics & Systems, including Salesforce.com, Tableau, and hands-on reporting. You will be critical in ensuring our sales teams have the best processes in place to execute at a higher level. We will rely on you to make sure we’re maximizing efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our Sales Platforms, based on our various user stories and user group feedback. The Manager, Enterprise Sales will have excellent business acumen and strong communication skills, as you’ll interface daily across our sales, marketing, engineering, accounting, and customer service departments. You be will be the “go to” for our Enterprise Sales leadership team, and day to day Enterprise Sales users – driving adoption, translating business needs, documenting requirements, creating training materials, and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Own Salesforce.com and Analytics enhancement roadmap for Tripadvisor’s global Enterprise Sales organization, including larger projects, small enhancements, and bugs
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system and process changes across multiple internal business organizations including Enterprise Sales, Product and Engineering
  • Develop and implement best practice processes and sales methodologies within the scope Enterprise Sales and their use of Sales platforms
  • Work with other Power Users to modify the system to increase benefits and usability
  • Develop and maintain globally standard list views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce functions to streamline GTM activities for Enterprise Sales
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing of new releases for Enterprise Sales, including enhancements and bug fixes
  • L1 Ticket support for incoming bugs and process questions from Enterprise Sales
  • Oversee data quality, migration, and maintenance for Salesforce.com
  • User assistance, training, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Bonus points for an SF Admin that will leverage their analytical skills and market insights to create actionable sales strategies and ongoing forecasting / attainment reports

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of Sales process management, Salesforce.com systems administration, and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau)
  • 2+ years of managerial experience, managing similar teams
  • Data-driven decision-making style with a hyper focus on sales intelligence
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com, and experience successfully expanding on those capabilities through customizations and integration with external systems
  • In-depth knowledge of best practice Sales processes, with an emphasis on Enterprise Sales
  • Strong reporting background using direct queries, data visualization tools such as Tableau, and standard Salesforce reporting
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
  • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
  • You will apply strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to provide insights to non-technical audiences
  • You have relentlessly high standards, and are never satisfied with the status quo. You will drive your own career progression.
  • Professional maturity required along with great people and relationship skills.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Have experience with Enterprise and Commercial Sales organizations and their use of Sales systems
  • Have experience with media sales
  • Have experience with Zuora, ORMB, and ExactTarget
  • Have experience building sales territories
  • Have experience working for B2B SaaS company
  • Have working knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
