Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with both inside lead generation and outside sales to effectively build pipeline and drive sales.
  • Cultivate, train, and manage all aspects of inside lead generation.
  • Create and drive sales initiatives by using a strategic approach.
  • Effectively manage a team of 15-20 representatives, developing , and training inside lead generation team to initiate outbound calls for prospecting.
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships within team and cross functionally within the organization.
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure to minimize team ramp up time.
  • Report monthly/quarterly/yearly goals on metrics and achievements.
  • Responsible for team member’s evaluation, career planning and development
  • Provide ongoing direction to support outside team and ensure metrics are met.
  • Anticipating and identifying issues inhibiting the attainment of sales goals, developing, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Responsible for adhering to department budget and guidelines
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work.

Qualifications

  • 6 plus years of sales or lead generation management, including scaling of a team, and building of processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CRM Software experience.
  • Demonstrated history of managing others and possessing a track record of building successful inside lead generation teams.
  • Business acumen around cloud technologies and experience working with SaaS technology.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and success of achieving sales or lead generation goals through adaption of metrics within organization.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with experience in motivating, coaching, developing a team
  • Ability to communicate with leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
