Who You Are:
Our Investment Management team is the fastest growing team in our organization. We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to focus on team development and goal attainment. This role will lead a team of Investment Managers responsible for the full cycle sales of closing homeowner investments.
We are looking for someone who has managed, mentored, and motivated sales reps to succeed. You are an energetic, proactive leader who thrives on exceeding performance targets, developing your team’s skills, maximizing team productivity, KPI conversions, and running a high-performing, professional B2C sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, managing sales pipelines, call coaching, and forecasting.
What You'll Do:
- Manage, lead, mentor and train a team of Investment Managers
- Develop a high performing, quota achieving sales team
- Cultivate, build and maintain strong client relationships
- Optimize sales performance for the team using a data and metrics driven approach
- Guide, maintain and implement sales best practices
- Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
- Manage performance metrics for team
- Drive pipeline management and critical KPI performance
- Deliver and maintain monthly and quarterly team forecasts
- Instill strong, consistent process adherence for all sales activities
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales
- 2+ years of previous inside sales management experience
- Empathetic approach to people management
- Proven ability to lead a sales team, team member development and goal attainment
- Strong strategic thinker and problem solver
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Personable; able to work as a member of small team and to interact with peers and internal departments
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com

Hometap is based in Boston, but will consider remote work for this position; however, the position must be performed in the United States entirely outside of Colorado.
