As a member of our sales enablement team, you will build and drive a BDR sales development team globally to exceed company objectives and grow your regions lead volume. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in customer engagement, lead qualification and development, pipeline generation while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. It will be required that you track sales activity, provide sales projects, and create and analyze metrics. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement. You will work alongside a well-resourced cross-functional team aligned to sell in and deploy Cybereason’s revolutionary security strategy and vision.


About the Role:

  • Lead and scale a team of global business development reps in North America (Boston) and EMEA (UK, Paris, Munich, etc.) objectives and performance
  • Own Inbound and Outbound functions with BDRs primarily focused on outbound
  • Design career paths and develop BDRs for career growth within the Sales organization
  • Monitor lead processes and metrics
  • Ensure the effective use of systems in cooperation with the Marketing team
  • Plan and execute direct prospecting activities to drive personal pipeline growth that will result in increased New Business and Revenue
  • Continually evaluate the sales development tech stack and onboard new vendors where necessary
  • Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly team reports; Tracks key sales targets and supporting metrics for your team
  • Actively work to improve the outreach/response cadence
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development, focusing on Opportunity handoff
  • Remove roadblocks to BDR success
  • Support Marketing in implementing strategic initiatives and promoting a high energy, high activity environment
  • Execute new hiring, Onboarding, and ongoing training to enable team to achieve sales quota and ongoing professional development
  • Build an open-communication culture inside your team
  • Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required
  • Good corporate citizen – two-way flow of meaningful and timely information

 

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly skilled in cold calling and outreach strategies
  • Ability to hire and train new BDRs
  • Is a self-starter who is confident in an ambitious environment and has a track record of using analytic skills to actively develop new insights that drive operational strategy and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, communication, management, and analytical skills required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • You have a deep understanding of GTM marketing and sales tools (ie. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, InsightSquared, DiscoverOrg)
  • Go-to-market experience (Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Strategy) or startup experience
  • Experience with account-based marketing would be highly advantageous
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Track record of working with HR and/or a strong HR network
  • Relevant tech/SaaS sales experience is within the HR/ recruitment space
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, fast-paced environment
  • Use CRM systems (Salesforce) extensively with experience in creating reports.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
