Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quickbase's Sales organization and lead an Enterprise New Business team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives that support Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) and work to identify new business opportunities within a geographic territory. You'll report to our VP, Enterprise New Business, and manage a team geographically mapped to accounts. Your team of sellers will quarterback the prospecting and discovery strategy with a team of Sales Development Reps, Solution Engineers, and Marketing Specialists to build new account pipeline. Once your team lands new customers, they will have the opportunity to expand into buy centers in their clients' businesses, leveraging our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Consultants ensure business priorities are realized.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives who develop a territory plan to prospect into new accounts, close opportunities, and build / execute expansion plans.

• Recruit, hire, develop and coach a strong team of sales professionals to drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue targets

• Demonstrated ability to sell to Senior-level Executives over the phone and face to face and support Account Executives in their sales process

• Directly engage Account Executives to teach, mentor, coach and drive the sales process

• Conduct calibration sessions and deliver reviews regarding performance expectations, initiative prioritizations and goals/results

• Create a productive, high-energy and achievement-oriented team environment

• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements and effectively communicate and lead change management initiatives

• Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas and growth targets

• Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling pipeline of sales opportunities 

• Work cross functionally to advocate on behalf of both customers and Account Executive needs with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success

• Successfully identify and drive adoption of processes and key metrics that improve performance

• Reinforce formal sales processes and methodologies

• Demonstrate technical understanding of the Quickbase product, the PaaS market, as well as SaaS sales models

• Partner closely with marketing to ensure teams are communicating the correct message, strategize new ways of capturing customer leads, and develop content for all stages of sales cycle

Ideally, you will have: 

• 4+ years of sales leadership in the Enterprise space, with a focus on new business, including direct experience building data-driven sales teams for these segments and optimizing GTM

• 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience and demonstrated achievement of quota and revenue targets

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

• Strong ability to lead presentations, influence others and create value for our customers

• Success driving adoption of sales processes and key metrics across a team

• Demonstrated success coaching Account Executives and driving strategic customer expansions
