Enterprise Account Manager

| Greater Boston Area

Who we are:

Our mission is to help companies systemize and digitally run their Mergers & Acquisitions and other processes from end to end. Large companies increasingly rely on mergers and acquisitions to grow their businesses, yet ~70% of M&A endeavors fail. We believe the current tools being used by M&A professionals majorly contribute to the problem, and we aim to fix that. We have created a platform that removes the need for disparate manual tools that is revolutionizing the digital M&A market.

Midaxo’s cloud platform enables the buy-side to execute M&A more systematically, collaboratively, and efficiently from deal identification through integration. Midaxo customers capture significant business benefits, e.g., 50% shorter due diligence. Improving their M&A success rate, they also achieve lower risk, better compliance, and constant improvement in their deal execution. Today, Midaxo supports 200+ global companies and top M&A consultants, e.g., Daimler, HP Enterprise, Nokia, Philips, Verizon.

We are seeking talented and hungry individuals who desire a challenge in their next career move. We have tripled our headcount over the past year and are continuing to grow rapidly.

An Insider's view of Midaxo

What’s the vibe like in the office?

I’d say it’s a relaxed environment where employees come to work hard, collaborate with their coworkers and then enjoy a cup of cold brew from our kegerator. From the top down, everyone is here to support each other in doing their very best work, knowing that this leads to both personal fulfillment and ultimately the company’s success.

Paul

Office Manager

What does your typical day look like?

It’s hard to describe a typical day, as each one is so different from the next. You might find me strategizing with other Midaxians, on the phone, or deep in research. One thing that’s consistent is that I’m always learning about and engaging with folks in the M&A world.

Laura

Enterprise Account Executive

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

We have an open office plan where I am centrally located to allow anyone in the office to approach me at any time. As a CEO, I feel that it’s important to be visible and accessible to my team so that I can hear ideas from anyone and everyone. It allows us to innovate faster and eliminates a lot of bureaucracy that some tech companies suffer from.

Ari

CEO

What are some things you learned at the company?

I learned more about the kind of career I want to pursue; some places are too structured, old fashioned, or inundated with tasks to allow this kind of exploration. There's freedom and flexibility to go beyond the boundaries of your day-to-day and title and our leadership encourages everyone to forge their own path.
