About Us

AdmitHub is seeking to enter a new market in the employment space and we’re looking for new team members to innovate on this business line! We are a small entrepreneurial team, working alongside a larger organization, to help drive future growth and opportunity for the company.

The Engagement Manager will have the opportunity to help shape this new business line. Through activating pilot program partners, ensuring the successful running of pilots and then conversion to full scale service offerings you will both meet our business objectives and our clients objectives. 

AdmitHub’s core focus is being a student engagement platform driven by AI powered chatbots to provide the resources, information, and self-motivations to nudge students—regardless of where they are in the process—toward taking the next step in their learning journey. What You’ll Do

  • Pilot Program Support & Execution:
    • Develop processes and artifacts to support our pilot program partners,
    • Develop strategic playbooks for pilot programs to support partners efforts as they engage with employees in different parts of the employee lifecycle
    • Be the point person for strategic partners day-to-day guiding them through the pilot, onboarding them to the product, advising them on strategies and ensuring they reach their goals
    • As the pilot programs advance, consult, scope, quote and execute the various service offerings we provide to meet our partners business objectives. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Effectively communicate, provide on time deliverables
    • Utilizing both account and project management skills fulfil the partners goals while supporting profitable growth for our organization. 
    • Develop and implement processes and structure to support strategic partners succeed and grow
  • Team Partnership:
    • Provide technology performance feedback as well as suggestions for improvements through insights gained in partnership support
    • Build out the knowledge base required for the pilots and develop the scripts required to make impact at different points of the employee lifecycle
    • Collaborate and strategize with the workforce team as they grow and scale the business

What You’ve Done

  • 4+ years of experience in roles with transferable skills such as: account management/product/general management. Experience in the education/workforce space a plus
  • Exposure and direct work on go to market strategy for a new product or launching a business   
  • Researched/familiar with needs of employers/employees when it comes to employee engagement and success
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team and take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
