The District Sales Manager:

We are seeking an experienced, District Sales Manager for our Western US region to lead a team of Mid-Market Territory Managers in this region. The DSM is responsible for energetically championing Cybereason’s field sales team to meet and exceed goals and ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing acquisition of new customers within the assigned territories. If you have a passion for security and an interest in how it can facilitate positive change, combined with security technology sales experience, we want to talk with you. This role will roll up into a Regional Vice President of Sales.

We are specifically seeking individuals based in California for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring & managing a team of Territory Managers. This will include coaching, and in the field training them
  • Development of a strategic sales plans for team to cover the accounts effectively and efficiently within the assigned territory for customers in the 2501 – 6000 endpoint segment
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects.
  • Coach team to aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within their assigned regions.
  • Consulting with and advising large, strategic Customers resulting in increased adoption, success and deploy Cybereason solutions.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in Security is a must.
  • 2-5+years managing field sales teams
  • 5+ years of experience in security software sales.
  • Track record of success in Security Software or related business application sales
  • Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications
  • Strong technical background.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
