Director of Supply Partnerships
PlacePass is looking for an experienced leader to strengthen and grow our supply partnerships across key verticals including tours, concerts, dining, and transportation. Responsibilities include developing the strategic vision, building and leading the team, and owning day-to-day execution surrounding supply partnerships. The ideal candidate has deep industry experience, is an exceptional leader, and can identify and execute on win-win partnerships.

In this role you will:
- Leverage industry experience to creatively develop a strategic vision for PlacePass’s supply partnerships, in collaboration with company leadership
- Tactically outline supply strategy implementation plan over the short- and long-term
- Build and sustain a global network of category leading supply partners
- Establish, motivate, and grow a dynamic supply partnerships team committed to delivering great travel experiences to customers worldwide
Desired background:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., OTA, tour operator, reservation technology company)
- Track record of establishing and successfully executing strategic business plans
- Proven sales expert who understands the intricacies of contract negotiations, but always maintains the highest standards of integrity as an honest broker
- An experienced leader who understands the ins and outs of building and managing high-performing teams
- Extensive network of industry contacts
- Familiarity with the technology supporting distribution within in-destination experiences
