EverQuote is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Strategic Partner Manager. This Partner Manager will work directly with our VP of Sales and our VP of Operations, and will be responsible for all aspects of vendor operations: monitoring operations, assessing ongoing performance, discovering improvements through data-driven experimentation, leading the implementation of new initiatives, and conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. This is a high-visibility, high-impact career opportunity to take a key leadership role at the leading insurance technology company in the United States. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own all US strategic sales partnerships 
  • Oversee large-scale global operations
  • Work with the VP of Sales and VP of Operations in determining goals and milestones
  • Spend time on-site at our strategic partner locations. Travel expectations: 40%
  • Be a key leader at the forefront of one of our company’s highest priority projects for the next decade
  • Work at one of the fastest growing insurance fintech businesses in America

About You:

  • You have 5-8 years experience in an external partnership or vendor management role driving sales performance. Experience in the insurance sector or other B2C financial products sales is preferred but not required. 
  • The role requires a high performer with documented success and experience exceeding targets
  • You have the ability to manage vendors, ensure they meet performance, quality and financial objectives
  • Experience in managing BPO Operations. Experience into Sales or Customer Service BPO will be preferred
  • Experience in managing vendor partners for multiple locations 
  • An understanding of critical Quality and Ops KPIs points required to run and review BPO operations
  • Requires an executive presence and prior experience communicating with senior leaders at vendors
  • An analytical mind. Our company is extremely data driven and our success depends on your ability to translate data driven insights into operational excellence
  • An ability to communicate with insurance agents and to be a good listener. Requires an empathetic leader and a great coach. You genuinely care about people and have a strong history of developing people to be the best they can be
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be working with many internal and external stakeholders
  • The desire to work in a high responsibility, high exposure role within a hyper-growth company
