We are an e-commerce, label printing company (think craft beer, artisanal cheese, fresh-ground coffee). If you make a product, we make the label. We cater from your local farmer to your national coffee chain.  Our goal is to help your business grow with us. Our passion is our customer and providing an excellent product and experience.

This is a very unique and exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded sales leader to build a sales organization from scratch in Boston. We are looking for a Director of Sales to join us and help achieve our aggressive sales growth. We are currently nearing $9M Million Annualized Revenue, we have recently completed an expansion to support $30 Million in topline and we have 20% YOY organic growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building out a team, setting the vision, culture and strategy of the inside sales organization. You will work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager, collaborating on how to grow with manufacturing at scalable levels.

We need a strong sales leader that understands the nuances of building sales organization from scratch.  We are looking for someone who has scaled sales teams before; who is metric driven and can provide a world-class customer experience.


  • Create and implement new strategies to quickly scale inside sales team

  • Develop and execute all sales strategies to achieve high-level objectives

  • Build out commission structure

  • Drive growth by scaling inside sales team in a profitable way

  • Drive best practices in negotiation and selling techniques

  • Evaluate sales metrics and make recommendations to improve our proprietary software

  • Work closely with all key team members and stakeholders to develop new strategies

  • Identify opportunities for sales growth

  • Ensure that all sales growth objectives and metrics are achieved

  • An established sales leader with a track record of leading and growing sales teams.

  • Growth mindset, and at the forefront of initiating and leading change, seeking to continually evolve and learn how we can be better

  • Provide leadership by example

  • Comfortable shifting between hands on and strategic

  • You are a self-aware leader willing to earn the trust of your team and lead by example.

  • Ability to leverage date to determine decisions related to strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive and product needs.

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment ideal
