Director of Sales
LogicManager is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales who is excited to expand our Business Development efforts as we grow. With the entirety of our sales coming from pure inbound marketing, we are looking for someone with a unique take on sales and the willingness to wear many hats. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve our financial targets. The duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Manage and mentor junior members of the Business Development team
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a highly performing team
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with driving sales processes from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience as a sales manager, developing client-focused
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively with the capacity to provide pragmatic solutions
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales and inside sales teams
