Rave is seeking an experienced sales operations leader who is excited about creating insightful analysis to help leverage and scale the business. In this role you will partner directly with key leaders in Sales, Marketing and Finance to support our rapid growth and provide leadership on key strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast and metric reports & provide analysis for the organization including the ongoing refinement of key performance metrics and dashboards 
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce CRM and other tools within the sales team 
  • Ensure sales teams are using consistent best practices in maintaining prospect and customer data in Salesforce
  • Improve efficiency for the sales organization by establishing processes, policies, and data governance to ensure effective and scalable sales processes
  • Develop and lead sales onboarding and enablement activities
  • Manage the evaluation and interpretation of data; identify trends that signal new opportunities or   challenges 
  • Convert data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics, driving sales efficiency
  • Facilitate and audit deal review and approval procedures and policy compliance

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • At least 5 years of sales operations experience
  • Must have significant experience in most of the following domains:  
    • Sales metrics and analysis
    • Sales forecasting
    • Territory Planning and Development
    • KPI development and accountability 
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Compensation planning
  • Excellent analytical, business intelligence and project management skills
  • InsightSquared experience is a plus 
  • Experience as a sales rep or manager is a plus
