Sales Enablement will be critical to Evolv’s success as we scale our Revenue organization. Our rapidly growing sales and customer facing teams need onboarding plans, training, tools, and content to ramp faster and add more value to our customers. Evolv’s Director of Sales Enablement, a newly created position, will lead and expand Evolv’s Sales Enablement team with responsibility for defining and executing a sales enablement strategy to achieve Evolv’s growth objectives. This role will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Technical Solution Sales, Customer Success, and other functions, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities include:

You are a hands-on Sales Enablement leader with a proven track record and a passion for building effective enablement teams and capabilities. You are customer focused and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. You have driven successful cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable value, while developing skills of others. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and grow the Sales Enablement team
  • Create and enhance onboarding plans and training/certification programs for customer facing roles, including direct and channel sales
  • Contribute and support the development of the Channel partner onboarding program
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics to scale the function to meet the needs of the rapidly growing customer facing teams
  • Identify and implement tools and KPIs to measure effectiveness and reduce time to achievement of desired results for customer facing roles
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product functions to enhance sales enablement programs
  • Develop and manage the sales enablement roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales Enablement organizations
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and modern sales enablement tools
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for sales, customer facing roles
  • Passion for teaching, training, and using technology to develop and scale effective enablement programs
  • Ability to drive change and be comfortable in high growth environment
  • Experience working with domestic and international teams
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Last, but not least, you share a genuine enthusiasm for Evolv’s mission to make the world safer

Nearing a new product launch, we are analyzing and synchronizing sensor data acquired from our custom DAS hardware, sending it to our algorithms in real-time through multi-threaded C++ code, and tuning to maximize performance. Our HW+SW engineers work together closely, making dynamic, gratifying improvements prior to locking down the designs.
