Director of Non Profit Sales
Gravyty is looking for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic SaaS sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Non Profit vertical.
The ideal candidate will have a background selling technology solutions to Non Profit organizations, and is comfortable with a hard-charging pace. We’re in hyper growth mode and work hard because we believe so much in what we’re building.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will prospect and sell existing solutions to potential customers, often from a cold start and manage a multi-month process - meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics
Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor a team while managing your own pipeline and quotas
Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting to drive the right behaviors
Understand solution selling concepts and link customer business problems to Gravyty’s solutions
Navigate and sell into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
Travel as needed
WHAT YOU HAVE:
BA/BS degree
Minimum of 8 years experience selling technical SaaS solutions (3+ years in manager role preferred)
Works under moderate supervision and collaborates well with management
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical business solutions
Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and closing new business
Knowledge of the non profit or fundraising industry
Excellent verbal and written communication
