As a Director, Account Management, you will be managing the day-to-day relationship with Cricket’s payer and health system partners, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our deployments and the growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to have an impactful role in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

 

This role will report directly to the Vice President, Account Management. Successful candidates will be equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to manage the day-to-day needs of our deployments. This role will drive the fulfillment of Cricket’s contracts and build long-lasting customer relationships across multiple Cricket partners. Performance will be assessed along three dimensions:

 

- Partner deployment and implementation

- Partner satisfaction and retention

- Partner growth and expansion

 

Candidates must demonstrate an appreciation for and commitment to Cricket's mission, culture, and brand in the marketplace. This person will need to work constructively across Cricket to deliver a world-class customer experience to our partners, inform the ongoing development of our services, and contribute to the growth of Cricket.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the account manager for multiple Cricket partners
  • Establish and grow strong customer and network relationships across a variety of levels and areas of expertise that may include C-suite executives, clinical leadership, and project managers at health systems, value-based care organizations, health plans, medical groups, clinics, etc.
  • Direct implementation efforts to ensure successful deployment, strong financial performance, and long-term partner satisfaction
  • Lead both structured and adhoc project management, reporting, and relationship management activities to proactively inform relevant stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues
  • Establish the Cricket team as trusted advisors for our partners, understanding and supporting their strategic plans with our service offerings
  • Collaborate with Cricket operations and network development teams to drive patient engagement, integrate clinical programs, and achieve clinical outcomes and operational goals
  • Coordinate with all internal Cricket teams to drive a seamless and streamlined customer experience
  • Provide input into future product roadmap, clinical offering, patient experience design, and network development strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of successful client relations, client retention and client growth leadership via prior management consulting, strategic account management, business development, client services and/or customer success experience
  • Strong understanding and experience working in the US healthcare system (value-based care, health plans, health systems, etc)
  • Experience working with or for Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans
  • Experience operating within value-based/risk-based payment models
  • An ability to successfully navigate various decision-making styles and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • A passion for addressing the needs of underserved populations
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Based in Austin or the Dallas-Ft Worth metropolitan area
