We are looking for a Deal Desk & Order Management Analyst to join our finance team in Boston, MA to help us support our worldwide sales organization.
What you’ll have:

• Detail oriented, energetic professional who is a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable informed decision making
• SalesForce, Looker, and/or Netsuite proficiency is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively, and interest in being a subject matter expert
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Excellent follow through

What you’ll do:

• Work with our worldwide sales organization to provide guidance and approvals on pricing and contract terms
• Provide support to our sales teams throughout the contract negotiation process
• You will work closely with Billing and Order Management to ensure that contracts are properly processed,
• Work closely with our Revenue Accounting team to communicate any non-standard commercial/payment contract terms

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree
• 0-2 years professional experience in software and/or telecommunications business development
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
