This role will entail handling inbound and outbound technical support inquiries for both prospective and current dealer clients. In the U.S., CarGurus maintains very high customer satisfaction marks, and candidates will thrive from exceeding their customers’ expectations. The Customer Success Specialist must have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to quickly and effectively tackle issues in both a preemptive and reactive manner.
In partnering with our dealers and occasional shoppers, the Customer Success Specialist will be an expert with usage of CarGurus tools, while engaging with our product and engineering teams to solve more sophisticated issues. This role will play an essential part in establishing and maintaining a relationship cross functionality while ensuring engagement with the CarGurus platform for our dealers.Who you are:
- 1-2 customer service support required
- Outstanding communication and listening ability
- Strong sense of customer service
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and act as liaison with other departments
- Flexible in working occasional West Coast shifts
- Work autonomously to troubleshoot and investigate problems to solve

CarGurus employees in the US can choose to work from home / remotely for the duration of 2021, or participate in a phased return to our beautiful office spaces.
