We are looking for a CSM in the Boston area/East Coast. Customer Success Managers partner with our clients to deliver transformational business outcomes. Working with some of the largest companies around the world, our CSMs pride themselves on not only building good relationships but also providing strategic advice - connecting clients with best practices and other companies solving similar challenges. Our ideal CSM is a partner to other groups within Tamr and to our customers, helping both sides define and deliver on new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently drive Tamr adoption, ensuring monthly and quarterly renewal and upsell revenue targets are met
  • Develop and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with F500 customers ensuring that Tamr’s solutions support the ongoing needs and objectives for each customer.
  • Consult customers to define and achieve best practices with data and their business goal(s)
  • Engage in consistent, proactive client meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth
  • Partner effectively with internal teams on driving growth and addressing customer concerns efficiently and decisively
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of both the Tamr product’s and our customers' specific use of the software
  • Define and deliver client success plans
  • Manage all customer information and interactions utilizing SFDC to ensure seamless reporting and knowledge sharing
  • Partner with sales to close large cross-sell opportunities. Partner with support and services to implement solutions or resolve issues

  • Excel in face-to-face presentations (such as QBRs) at both management and C-level
  • Passionate about the results you and your teams deliver.
  • Committed to service and support – seeks to achieve extraordinary results as part of a high energy and dynamic team
  • Strong analytic and strategic thinking required – be able to take complex enterprise challenges and orchestrate resources and tactics to address them
  • Ability to learn new industries, use cases, technology and offerings to align with customer needs, enjoys mastering concepts but always adapting and learning as markets shift
  • Assertive but empathetic in nature; able to drive internal and external customers toward strategic goals through a combination of persuasion and rapport
  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise accounts, understands how large companies operate and purchase
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented with superior follow through – Build trust and credibility with customers by consistently delivering what you say you will
  • Be able to travel up to 20% of the time to customer meetings. (Some international travel may be required, have your passport ready!)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and/or program management experience a plus
