Corporate District Sales Manager:

We are seeking an experienced, District Sales Manager for our Ohio Valley & Southeast US Corporate region to lead a team of Territory Managers. The DSM is responsible for energetically championing Cybereason’s field sales team to meet and exceed goals and ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing acquisition of new customers within the assigned territories. If you have a passion for security and an interest in how it can facilitate positive change, combined with security technology sales experience, we want to talk with you. This role will roll up into a Regional Vice President of Sales.

We are specifically seeking individuals based in central or eastern time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire & lead a group of Corporate Account Managers, which will include coaching, and in the field training.
  • Development of a strategic sales plans for team to cover the accounts effectively and efficiently within the assigned territory for customers in the 300-2,500 endpoint segment.
  • Work with Channel Directors and partner leadership to drive growth at the rep level throughout
    the region.
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects.
  • Coach team to aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within their assigned
  • Consult with both prospective clients and Cybereason customers

Desired Experience:

  • Cyber Security Experience
  • 2-5+years managing field sales teams
  • 5+ years of experience in security software sales.
  • Track record of success in Security Software or related business application sales
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
