Conversational Sales Associate (inbound)
What you will be doing on the Sales team at Drift:
- Support our team by using Drift to engage with our visitor base and connect them with our team of experts!
- Working closely with Sales Leadership to drive messaging and engagement that delights customers
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of booked meetings and qualified opportunities
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Drift’s product suite, industry trends and competition.
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- 1+ years of sales experience within a fast paced environment preferred
- Demonstrates a strong aptitude for sales
- Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
- The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Love crushing goals
