As Channel Enablement Manager you will be the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales to arm all sales channels and sales functions with assets and knowledge to win. We are looking for a highly energetic individual with both sales experience and marketing know-how. Top candidates will have a track record of sales success, and the ability to quickly determine the differentiation in an offer that drives success so that we can continue to refine offer positioning. We are looking for a business athlete who can effectively work cross-functionally, coordinating between Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams. In this role you will be responsible for developing, executing and supporting sales enablement solutions for Endurance offers, services, and programs to meet sales goals. Additionally, this role will partner with our Product Marketing team to drive enablement on product and program updates to further support the sales functions across the organization.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Create effective messaging, positioning and sales/support tools (including call scripts) for programs and products sold by all channels
  • Accountable for owning and creating sales guides to support a repeatable model
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and support leadership, product marketing and brand management to support top performance metrics
  • Ability to collect feedback and iterate quickly on delivered enablement assets and collateral
  • Drive sales and cross-sell/upgrade assets to arm the sales and support channels with the knowhow and tools to deliver
  • Support tests and other early state initiatives working to build and define structure
  • Partner on enabling front line teams on product knowledge and the ability to capitalize within the sales conversation
  • Facilitate and responsible for sales feedback and process – program specific
  • Subject matter expert to other Channel Enablement Managers and Business Unit managers to offer guidance on sales processes

  • Ability to execute: this role requires an individual who can manage multiple stakeholders and multiple projects with ease – you can organizes, prioritize and delivery. Comfortable under pressure and comfortable in uncertainty.
  • Competitive: Has a remarkable drive to win. Insightful and proactive in driving change. Both through sales performance, gaining essential feedback to improve offers or introduce new offers. Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, sales reps, product marketing and product managers. Understand the result of your efforts will enable our sales channels to meet their strategic revenue objectives.
  • Highly organized: excellent organizational and time management skills are a must, analytical skills and ability to interpret data a plus
  • Self-starter/Creative: there is a huge opportunity in this role to drive impact and improve productivity across the sales teams and sales channels. You know how to inspire and lead those you do not directly manage
  • Inquisitive: ability to sit back and ask: is this program working? How do we know? What do we need to change in order to make it more effective? Ability to see the bigger picture of why what we do matters and how to drive impact
  • Communicative: role requires a true people person, someone who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders from reps to senior sales management, vendors, partners, customers and other internal teams

Requirements

  • 3 + years of sales/marketing experience, specific sales enablement/content creation experience desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • Experience creating sales tools and scripts is a must.
  • Creative thinker, excellent listening skills and strong communicator
  • Very strong written and communication presentation skills
  • Excellent people and management skills; ability to inform and influence colleagues (particularly those in senior level roles), cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Experience with and strong cross-site and cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience with designing, creating and launch enablement programs and projects from the ground up
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, Word, Excel and PPT
