Channel Account Manager - Banks / Financial Institutions (Remote)

MineralTree’s headquarters is located in Waltham, MA with offices in Alpharetta GA, Redwood City CA, and Bengaluru, India. Our team currently has the option to work remotely due to COVID-19 and return to our hybrid office with a flexible schedule when it is safe to do so.
Our Bank Channel Account Manager is responsible for working in conjunction with the extended bank channel team to manage all aspects of the key stakeholder relationships with our channel partners. This will include planning, program execution and coordination of our sales and partner success team. This role will report directly to the Financial Institution General Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Own the overall bank partner relationship for multiple partners; including ongoing bank communication with key stakeholders at banks
· Act as an advocate for our partners internally and be an advocate of MineralTree with our partners
· Work with the bank’s Product Owner to establish goals and other key performance metrics
· Facilitate quarterly business reviews to review goals, progress, and future opportunities
· Establish weekly or bi-monthly cadence for partner tracking toward quarterly goals
· Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders while driving the continued value of MineralTree solutions and services
· Update partner information for compliance on a proactive basis
· Collaborate and share partner feedback internally with Product Management, Operations, Marketing and other teams to enhance ongoing outcomes for partner and MineralTree
· Master available resources to answer common product and service questions
· Manage weekly updates of activity in salesforce.com
Qualifications:
· Two or more years of experience in a similar relationship driven role
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· Detail oriented and strong project management and coordination skills
· Ability to navigate matrixed organizations (customers and internally)
· Strong desire to learn, grow, and have a positive impact
· Experience in channel sales, marketing and product or business development a plus!
· Highly resourceful with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· A self-starter who enjoys working with data and people in equal measure
· Interest in being part of a fast-paced and growing culture
· Fluency in Microsoft Excel
· Ability to work remotely with limited travel
