 Business Development Representative

First and foremost, Kyruuvians care deeply about our vision to enable human beings to care for human beings, our mission, and our CORE values:

  • Caring – We care about doing the right thing, in the right way, every time.
  • Ownership – We own both our successes and our mistakes, taking responsibility and always learning how to be better.
  • Respect – We respect and celebrate the individual traits that enable each of us, our customers, our providers, and our patients, to be the best that we can be.
  • Empowerment – We embrace a culture that supports everyone’s ability to contribute and lead.

Here’s what that would mean for you in the Business Development Representative role.

Caring

You’ll play a key role in lead generation and serve as a critical bridge between marketing and sales, helping to both generate net new leads and advance marketing-generated leads and ultimately convert interest to qualified demos and meetings for the Kyruus sales team.

Ownership

  • You’ll work with our marketing and sales teams to convey the Kyruus value proposition in a compelling way to prospective customers and have genuine enthusiasm for the Kyruus mission and values.
  • You’ll create, convert, and nurture leads by engaging inbound and event-generated leads; performing cold email and phone outreach to prospective customers; and fielding inbound inquiries by phone and online chat.
  • You’ll develop effective outbound messaging and campaigns in partnership with sales and marketing and adjust them based on key performance metrics.
  • You’ll field inbound calls from prospective customers and identify prospects’ needs.
  • You’ll help to position Kyruus solutions through scheduling demos with sales reps and provide helpful background information to assist in call preparation.
  • You’ll excel at responding to inquiries through the chat screen on Kyruus.com.
  • You’ll use HubSpot and Salesforce effectively to qualify leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • You’ll report to the BDR, Team Lead in the Sales Enablement department within the Marketing division.

Respect

How You’ll Use Your Professional Skills

  • You’ll develop and spearhead lead-generation campaigns.
  • You’ll attend selected conferences to drive booth activity and engage prospects.
  • You’ll track daily activity and report out weekly, quarterly, and annually on related outcomes.
  • You’ll stay up to date on Kyruus products, positioning and customers.
  • You’ll build strong partnerships with individual sales reps and communicate well with them to ensure effective coordination and maximize results.

Empowerment

How You’ll Know You’re Succeeding

  • You collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and bring a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • You are passionate about driving business growth and consistently bring new ideas to the table to boost your impact on the pipeline.
  • You effectively develop and execute quarterly lead gen campaigns.
  • You take a data-driven approach to analyzing performance of your messaging and campaigns and make adjustments to improve results.
  • You continuously expand your Hubspot and Salesforce knowledge and skills.

Where You’ll Go From Here

  • Kyruuvians in the Business Development Representative role can move in a more linear career path along two tracks - individual contributor and management. The next step in the process will be Senior Business Development Representative. From there, Kyruuvians have the potential to advance to a Manager, BDRs role or move into either a sales (e.g., Client Development Director) or marketing role.
  • Kyruus also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.

An Insider's view of Kyruus Health

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Kyruus encourages an exceptional work life balance. Unlimited PTO is just the beginning. Managers and coworkers encourage you to take time off and fully disconnect from work, jumping in to assist wherever they can. My favorite thing is that employees are allowed to interpret "remote first environment" on their own terms

Akieva

Total Rewards Associate II

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

My team collaborates with many other departments at Kyruus. We work with Product during the scoping phases of the development cycle, we work with Implementation during deployment, and we work closely with Engineering after Go-Live. We depend on these collaborations, and more, in order to provide the best possible experience to our customer

Ken

Senior Director, Customer Support

What are some things you learned at the company?

Kyruus has taught me things both in my personal & professional life. Professionally, I’ve learned how to adapt & succeed in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. Personally, I’ve learned that the people and company I work for matters. I can do accounting anywhere—it’s the people I work with and the culture that makes me love my job

Lauren

Senior Accountant

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We talk a lot about thinking out of the box and putting our business hats on. I truly see the People team in service of the business but an integral part of the success of the business. Creativity and innovation aren't just reserved for engineers and marketers, the more creative we are in the People space, the more engaged our employees are

Paige

Chief People Officer

What projects are you most excited about?

My team is currently working on a project that will allow patients to check themselves in to their appointment without needing a staff member. I'm excited to continue to iterate on this because it will free up time for the front desk staff, shorten lines at the practice, and benefit the patient to easily check themselves in on their own device

Marguerite

Senior Product Manager
