Business Development Representative, Inside Sales
Kyruus is on the hunt for a driven and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its growing sales team. The BDR will play a key role in lead generation by engaging inbound and event-generated leads; performing cold outreach to prospective customers; and fielding inbound inquiries by phone and online chat. This person will serve as a critical bridge between marketing and sales, helping to both create and advance marketing-generated leads and ultimately convert interest to qualified demos and meetings for the Kyruus sales team.
Kyruus BDRs are skilled at knowing what types of messages to convey, to whom, and at what points in order to maximize effectiveness and generate qualified leads. Our inside sales team is adept at conveying the Kyruus value proposition in a compelling way to prospective customers, and have genuine enthusiasm for the Kyruus mission and values as we continue to scale the business and lead Patient Access.

At Kyruus you will:
- Perform phone and email outreach to prospects who have engaged with Kyruus at events or through online content
- Field inbound calls from prospective customers
- Identify prospects' needs and position Kyruus solutions accordingly; schedule demos with sales reps and provide helpful background information to assist in call prep
- Respond to inquiries through the chat screen on Kyruus.com
- Develop and spearhead lead-generation campaigns
- Attend selected conferences and trade shows to drive booth activity and engage prospects
- Track daily activity and report on outcomes on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Stay up to date on Kyruus products, positioning, and customers
In return you will bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Healthcare industry experience required; enterprise sales experience a big plus
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Go-getter attitude with passion for making an impact and gaining responsibility
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers and prospects
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment; aligned with Kyruus mission and culture
