About BondLink

BondLink is a fast-growth, fintech company whose platform helps public sector CFOs more efficiently access investors in the $4 trillion municipal bond market. Since going live in 2016, BondLink’s platform has served such clients as the State of California, the City of Boston and the City of Chicago.

Following our recent Series A round of funding, we are now in the process of scaling our sales force and looking for Business Development Representatives to complement our team and accelerate our growth by helping to drive new client acquisition and market share.

Do you have what it takes to be a critical member of our team? We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated track record of developing leads and exceeding quotas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and setting up sales calls;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
  • Present Bondlink to potential clients;
  • Identify client needs and drive interest for potential clients to want to learn more about Bondlink;
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market;
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective client and Account Executives;
  • Report to sales leadership on weekly/monthly/quarterly results;
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and competitive landscape.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with cold calls and prospecting;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) a plus;
  • A highly motivated, competitive and passionate team-player mentality, driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; 
  • Passion and drive about selling technology that can greatly benefit clients in financial markets;
  • Highly adaptable mindset, agile in adjusting to organizational change;
  • Polished communications with excellent presentation skills; and
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field.
