Job Description

We are actively hiring a full-time Business Development Representative who will help PatientPing grow by developing an effective pipeline of new customers. As a BDR you will work with Senior Growth Executives to develop market development plans, generate meetings with healthcare decision makers, and drive awareness through efficient lead activity management.

What You Will Accomplish:

You will act as the first point of contact for many of our marketing driven and network effect opportunities and as the primary lead generation and research engine within your given region. The Growth function at PatientPing prioritizes the development of BDRs and is committed to moving you up quickly through the sales organization. The BDR role does not carry a revenue quota, but does have objectives and key results that are used to measure your success and help us better work together to build a development plan designed to make you successful.

In addition to the training that you will receive and the work that you will do to prepare for your role in sales, you will also provide front line support for the Growth, New Markets, and Marketing teams.

•Provide inside sales support to our direct sales division by speaking directly with leads generated by marketing

•Researching targeted accounts and building contact lists

•Outbound meeting booking on behalf of the Growth team into a set list of targeted accounts

•Reporting on the success of campaigns and lead generation activities

•How to navigate and research an organization

•How to effectively book meetings

•How to brand yourself and build relationships with the Sales team

What You Need:

•1-2 years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health or tech)

•BA/BS degree

•Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is motivated by seemingly intractable challenges

•Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation

•Strong self-starter with a track record of getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
