Business Development Manager

| Greater Boston Area

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This person will be responsible for contacting business prospects who have been identified through targeted lists, inbound activity, and events. They will introduce our Voice AI products, provide relevant details, and help prospects meet with the appropriate sales lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads through outbound efforts via phone, email, LinkedIn and conferences.
  • Schedule meetings, provide demos, qualify leads, and demonstrate the Voysis value proposition.
  • Learn and become proficient in Voice AI technologies (Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Recognition, Dialog Management, Text to Speech, etc.)
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles in Salesforce including contact information, activities, reports, and more.
  • Partner with sales representatives to support forecasting, follow-ups, RFP’s, etc.
  • Grow and develop your sales skills; move into an Account Executive role over time.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in software.
  • Like to work hard and produce tangible results.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a strong sense of curiosity.
  • Must be self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value proposition.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM’s.
  • Bring a lot of enthusiasm to the job each day!
  • Must be local to Boston.
