Business Development Associate
PlacePass is looking for a highly personable Business Development Associate to manage supplier relationships and oversee all aspects of account management, owning partnership relationship, invoicing and billing, data reconciliation, and general inquiries. You will also work with our internal product and engineering teams to help project manage technical requests from partners.

In this role you will:
- Cultivate relationships with existing and new suppliers across the tours, activities, events, and ticketing spaces
- Oversee all aspects of onboarding new suppliers, from contracting to liaising with product and technology teams to oversee successful integration of new suppliers onto the platform
- Lead monthly invoicing reconciliation processes with all suppliers to ensure billing accuracy
- Serve as a thought partner on general supply strategy for the company

- Has extremely strong interpersonal skills
- Is an exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
- Is highly organized, proactive, and dependable
- Is comfortable with data and experienced with Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
- Has strong business sense
