We are looking for a candidate to join our international Business Analyst practice! The BA role ensures our more complex and long-term projects and product suites have a well-defined and appropriate scope for the allocated time/budget/ That this information is clearly understood by the relevant stakeholders and also aligns to the defined success criteria. Managing stakeholder expectations, scope throughout the SDLC and tailoring the BA approach to the needs of project and/or team. 

You will be responsible for:

• Capture, manage and validate requirements using recognized business analysis patterns and techniques
• Facilitate Product on-boarding, program increment planning, sprint planning, developer questions, scope negotiations and
• Act as the Proxy Product Owner where required
• Maintain BA Artifacts
• Review Manual Test Cases
• Approval Gateway for UAT Releases
• Contribute to UAT Planning and run sessions according to a standardised approach
• Scope Bugs, Offer Improvements
• Prepare and deliver the Sprint Demos
• Create End User Guides and Feature Videos (if applicable)

You know or have worked in/with:

• Life Sciences, Finance/Insurance, Energy, Information Industry Verticals
• Agile SCRUM / KANBAN
• Familiarity with Web technologies
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework ()
• ISEB / BCS / IIBA Certified
