The Role

Brand Account Administrator will ensure the day to day management of impairments across a portfolio of brands. Impairments include product suspensions, listing issues, and other concerns that impact a product’s ability to sell on eCommerce platforms. The administrator would work closely with internal and external stakeholders to quickly identify brand impairments and project manage their resolution. The administrators would be heavily engaged in data gathering, drafting appeal documents, documenting processes, and keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress. 

Daily Tasks

  • Monitor suspension/impairment queue
  • Drafting appeal documents and monitoring their progress after submission 
  • Troubleshoot listing issues 
  • Conducting account health audits

Prime Responsibilities You Can Deliver

  • Project manage all product suspensions from identification of the issue all the way through to resolution. This would include strong attention to detail in determining the root cause of an issue, drafting its appeal, and collecting the relevant supporting documents.
  • Manage listing level impairments that impact brand revenue by coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Create policies and procedures for all impairments and suspensions, regularly updating them with new information and skill sets learned.
  • Maintain a database of successful appeal documents for use by the team.
  • Provide weekly reporting to all relevant stakeholders as to all impairments/suspensions, their status and any issues outstanding in a succinct and organized report.

What You Bring to the Party

  • Hyperorganized, critical thinker, able to manage multiple high priority projects and revenue impacting incidents
  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting persuasive and analytical documents for review
  • Knowledge of Amazon marketplace and compliance
  • Marketplace Background -- managing marketplace policies/metrics and best practices
  • Experience creating processes and developing standards of procedure
  • Strategic problem solver who operates well under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, extremely organized, process/project management experience
  • Ability to triage a number of issues by level of importance and tier of revenue
  • Experience- College degree and Amazon experience strongly preferred; 3-5 years work experience

Our office is about 15 miles southwest of Boston and is nestled between the commuter rail station, restaurants, town commons, and locally-owned shops.
