We are searching for an exceptional leader to join our Sales Development Program. In this role, you will manage a team of 10+ Business Development Representatives. As an existing leader looking to join Zaius or for the aspiring first time manager, you will have the chance to lead, coach, and manage the future sales talent of Zaius.

Zaius achieved over 300% growth in 2017 and raised $30 million in Series B funding in 2018. Now is the chance to join and help us move from start-up to scale-up. We’re seeking a leader who values high performance, personal development, and daily impact. This is a rare chance to join the leadership team of a pre-IPO company entering hyper-growth mode.

In this role you will hire, train, and develop Business Development Reps. The significant value that is generated in this role is generating pipeline for our Account Director organization and developing BDR’s into successful sales professionals. This role requires passion for setting and hitting targets while keeping an extreme focus on individual development of your team members. Zaius has a driven, diverse, and collaborative culture. Responsibilities:

  • Coach and hire a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Define and exceed pipeline development targets
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to design training, systems, and enablement to exceed monthly targets.
  • Utilize quantitative methods to measure, manage, and optimize efforts and allocation of resourcesHelp build a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of people management, or, BDR and Account Executive experience with a high passion for becoming a people manager.
  • A strong desire to build pipeline at scale
  • A strong preference for coaching and developing talent.
  • A knack for building high performing sales teams that love where they work.
  • Ability to adapt easily to a rapidly-changing environmentBachelor's degree required
