The Associate Account Manager will provide account management for a named list of key accounts. The position will interact externally with multiple levelswithin targeted organizations to ensure customer satisfaction, identify and nurture leads, introduce and grow revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies. An advocate for their customers and our business. The position will also interact internally as the account expert and internal leader of the accounts.

• Provides direction and support as Account Manager for a defined list of Rightsholder Accounts ensuring that both client and CCC’s relationship and revenue needs are achieved.
• Creates and delivers account reviews to multiple levels within the publishing house.
• Helps educate the clients on the way CCC creates value for the account and the wider industry.
• Meets assigned targets for Revenue, Inventory and Key Objectives.
• Assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Actively extends the network with identified personas within the assigned client base.
• Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers leading to high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Internally aligns, manages and streamlines CCC’s output to the client.
• Generates sales leads for Software and professional Services and drives revenue and operational efficiencies where applicable
