Bullhorn is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Enterprise Sales team.

This role will play a critical role to help fuel this sales engine and foster an inclusive and winning culture. This requires a positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to grow and learn as you'll primarily be focused on supporting the Executive Vice President of the Global Enterprise team, but also have the opportunity to manage select initiatives that support the broader Enterprise sales organization.
More about the broader Enterprise team you’ll be supporting: Bullhorn’s Enterprise team is a dynamic group of global sales representatives that sell and service the largest and most complex staffing and recruitment firms in the world. Given the significant revenue base that Bullhorn’s Enterprise team is supporting now, coupled with the growth opportunities to further service this market, Bullhorn’s team moves at an incredibly fast pace and relies on a unique, team-based selling model to deliver value to customers. The team rallies around acting as good partners, building on our strengths and differences and choosing to be here everyday.
A typical day might include:
- Supporting the Global Enterprise Executive Vice President (EVP)
- Heavy calendar management, coordination and meeting logistics, travel arrangements both international and domestic
- Expense management and reporting through our internal system: Concur
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day engagements
- Plan and execute special projects related to Bullhorn's Enterprise sales culture including social events, team and client events and off-sites
- Developing a broad set of relationships and collaborating across functions including Sales reps, Sales leadership, Marketing and Operations to help drive initiatives forward
- Supporting various learning and development efforts in alignment with the Enterprise Ops team and programs that the EVP is the sponsor of, including helping to execute ongoing programming and contributing new ideas for continued efforts.
- Acting as a liaison to customers, senior leaders, and other organizations on behalf of this sales executive

This role may be a fit for you if:
- You have 2-3 years of admin experience supporting a Director or SVP
- Are a self starter, great communicator with a can do attitude, no task is too small
- Have a strong proficiency of Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Whatsapp
- Able to organize, prioritize and multitask utilizing effective time management skills
- You’re comfortable in an environment that moves quickly and changes frequently
- You are known for being accountable and not missing deadlines
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with a SaaS company / global sales team
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Concur, Slack, and Whatsapp
- Able to work flexible hours across multiple time zones
- Open to travel as required for the role (not projected to be more than 20% as work-related travel eventually returns to a more regular state)
