Function of the role:

Account Managers are responsible for engaging and successfully on-boarding new and repeat clients in the Leyton Portfolio.   This role is responsible for the effective and successful coordination of handover calls, early stage project engagement and stakeholder management.

This is a role which requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, handling multiple projects with both long and short timelines, and facilitating projects involving sales, technical, finance, and external facing client teams.

 

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for project related issues
  • Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded directly and indirectly via technical and financial consultants.
  • Assist with the renewal process for lapsed and current clients
  • Liaise as appropriate with Major Accounts team for upcoming deals as well as tricky engagements
  • Monitor/flag any delays or process assistance needed as well as deliverables not met by the client.

 

Desired experience and skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Project Management required
  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline
  • Professional experience with SalesForce.com, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Integrity, Creativity, Intellectual Curiosity, High Standards, Persistence, and Achievement oriented
  • Must be prepared to work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel
  • Project Management skills and training in Agile, Prince II or similar a plus
