This position is designed for an experienced account manager who has high attention to detail and strives for customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to hit a hot market with a best-of-breed technology platform and be the front lines of our Account Management program.

AS THE ACCOUNT MANAGER YOU WILL: 

  • Work directly with senior leadership and day-to-day teams at some of Dispatch’s largest accounts
  • Maintain account retention while providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships
  • Identify and close new opportunities within an existing customer base
  • Create and execute on an account plans to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly growth and renewal goals
  • Proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight
  • Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of the key decision makers (sales, marketing, finance, etc.); coaching others regarding best practices and techniques
  • Serve as an escalation path for critical support issues and customer concerns
  • Work closely with the Dispatch Product team to provide the voice of the customer and input to the development roadmap, and help design the next generation of great product offerings
  • Keep up to date on new product releases to maximize opportunities in the prospect and account base

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: THIS SECTION IS OPTIONAL

  • An experienced enterprise account management executive (enterprise SaaS preferred) with more than 3 years in the field. 3+ years of account management in high technology-related industries, working with large enterprise accounts
  • Accustomed to managing multiple $250k+ ARR accounts.
  • Known as a high-achiever with a track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets and typically perform at the top 10% of your peers.
  • Adept at handling complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Technically savvy enough to have a working knowledge of how software gets built.
  • Able to present to, interact with, and consult with senior management at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Excited to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, start-up culture that expects phenomenal things every day.

SKILLS WE SEEK:

  • Consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, communication & cross-group collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and engage with product issues at a detailed level
  • Must be able to proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight from senior management
  • Proven track record of sustaining & growing complex relationships including closing the renewal, up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Preference for candidates that have owned & exceeded a Quota
  • Incredibly detail oriented with high-quality standards; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Dispatch’s Sales Bootcamp in Boston, MA, where you will learn go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, and segment-specific value propositions
  • Meet with current members of the Enterprise Sales Executive team individually to understand what’s working, what’s not, and gather learnings to implement into your role
  • Gain a strong understanding of the Service Industry space and the business challenges Dispatch solves; become a product expert on Dispatch Solutions
  • Start developing a growth strategy with your Manager’s support

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
  • Consider yourself a product expert in Dispatch’s solutions
  • Own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list
  • Become a Dispatch product expert

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Continue to own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on platform adoption metrics and upsell opportunities within your account list
  • Coordinate and attend in-person customer meetings

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently exceed your new business targets and continue your track record of closing opportunities and exceeding quotas
  • Be an expert in software solutions for field services
  • Have a wide network of relationships across the field service industry
