Cogo Labs is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to be our newest Account Manager! You will be the bridge between our advertising partners and our Analyst teams. In your outward facing role, you will develop and expand strategic relationships to grow revenue and gross profit within an email marketing company under incubation. Your relationships will build over time, as you identify challenges and nuances that you are uniquely capable of solving.

What to expect from the Account Manager role:

• Create and develop strong, productive relationships with internal and external partners
• Identify and create opportunities and solutions with our strategic partners
• Establish a strong understanding of internal and external goals to ensure that expectations are understood and executable
• Track and report on campaign performance. Provide guidance to advertising partners on how to improve their individual performance based on internal traffic sources
• Contribute to market analysis, monitor competitive activity and identify emerging external and internal partner needs 
• Build proposals to grow budgets with existing revenue streams
• Introduce partners to new products or opportunities available to them based on the incubator’s growth 

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of Account Management, Ad Operations, Affiliate and/or Performance Marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communicator
• A self-starter mentality, with a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks across disciplines
• Ability to work in a fast paced and extremely adaptive environment
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of data analysis and analytical techniques and methodologies
