We are searching for an Account Manager - Software, as we are expanding our Account Management Team in Boston and looking for a motivated professional to join our team in support of JRebel and XRebel APM products. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in software sales in a growing business with an amazing opportunity for growth. You will work in a dynamic environment and learn about Java technology, our products, and our sales methodology.
Position Responsibilities:
- In our team based setting, you’ll work with your assigned CURRENT CLIENTS to renew and upsell EXISTING ACCOUNTS through outbound calling and emailing
- Increase business within existing accounts
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Maintain complete notes in Salesforce.com CRM system
- Proactively engage customers and prospects
- Work with our Customer Success Team and Support Team to increase utilization and the overall health of an account
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of inside B2B software sales experience
- Comfortable with introducing new technology to an account
- Ability to connect with and support ongoing customer needs
- Extremely detailed oriented with a creative approach to problem solving
- Positive attitude, able to deal with stressful situations with a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions closely
- Ability to prioritize work deliverables effectively and multi-task
- Self starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a global team across multiple time zones
- Eager to learn about new processes, industries, and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic
- Partner with team members, management and external customers daily
