Account Manager

iZotope is looking for an enthusiastic Account Marketing Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in North America. 

The person in this role will develop strong relationships, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, answer client queries, and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to stimulate sales and execute strategic initiatives, market development plans, and product launch activities with partners.
  • Provide support to resellers by way of sales promotions, marketing initiatives and training.
  • Contribute towards achievement of iZotope’s revenue, profit, and strategic goals.
  • Utilize data tools to understand sales performance and recognize untapped potential.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly projections.
  • Provide weekly operational reports and comprehensive quarterly reports on account performance, and activities.
  • Travel to meet with key partners on at least a quarterly basis.
  • Manage priorities, think strategically, and propose new ideas.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and across groups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders of an organization.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Musical Instruments, Pro Audio and/or music industry experience is preferred, but will consider similar experience in consumer electronics, hardware, software, and related media industries.
  • Excellent understanding of the relevant sales and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills.
  • Superior quantitative and data analysis skills.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
