As an Account Manager at edX, you will be part of the industry-leading solutions team helping organizations across the globe develop and upskill their employees and students.  You will be responsible for orchestrating the learning and development journey for millions of people by building key relationships and understanding the unique needs of edX customers in Latin America and in Higher Education. 

Your Impact

This role acts as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey by effectively onboarding learners into our online learning platform; spurring early usage and adoption; and driving ongoing utilization while building high customer satisfaction. Each day, you’ll be providing best-in-class support and direction to academic institutions and companies who are committed to developing their learners with the highest levels of learning.

You Will 

Utilize bilingual Spanish and English proficiency to:

  • Manage all post-sales activity for edX customers through strong relationship-building, in-depth product knowledge, success planning, and execution
  • Maintain a deep understanding of edX’s products and services
  • Speak with customers about the most relevant features/functions of their business needs
  • Educate customers on edX’s tools and systems for organizations
  • Assist customers with implementation and roll-out strategies
  • Develop a success plan with customers to ensure there is a plan in place to drive adoption
  • Increase customer retention by conducting regular customer engagement activities, including health checks for product utilization, and strategic business reviews for alignment of objective and goals
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Customer Success team and Professional Services team to suggest and develop best practices and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and escalate issues as needed
  • Communicate customers’ feedback to Enterprise Product Management team to help prioritize feature development and product roadmap and tracking issues through their completion
  • Function as a customer advocate and provide feedback to the Enterprise team on how edX can best serve its customers

You Have

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • A customer-first mindset that’s driven by results
  • 3+ years of experience working with clients in a consultative manner, ideally focused on either a corporate or academic market
  • Experience supporting geographically diverse customers
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to concisely and effectively convey your rationale and needed actions to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives
  • A track record of taking on end-to-end ownership of client onboarding and customer success 
  • Proficiency asking questions to derive objectives, needs, wishes, and how customers perceive success

Preferred

  • Experience in EdTech 
  • Experience inside a SaaS-based, B2B organization 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce
