Overview

As an Account Executive you will play an integral role in identifying new sales opportunities and converting them into Cybba customers. You will be joining a dynamic group that is passionate about putting customers first and take pride in winning and growing as a team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and potential clients
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure excellent customer experience

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful media, SaaS, or software sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience prospecting and managing senior level relationships
  • Strong sales fundamentals, business, and sales acumen
  • Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment

Cybba's Boston office is in the very up and coming South End of the city near lots of gyms, restaurants, bars and anything else you might need!

What are some social events your company does?

We do two big parties every year: one big end-of-summer pool party at our CEO's beautiful house on the beach, and the annual Cybba holiday party in December. Along with those, cook-offs are super popular! We've done a bake-off and dip-off and are planning for a wing-off next!

Collaboration is super easy here! Apart from our own internal ticketing system, we also use Slack a lot. However, you can always just get up and go to someone's desk and talk to them in person. I definitely prefer walking around and visiting everyone's room!
