Overview

About the Role

SquaredUp produces an on prem dashboarding software that sits on top of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) making it very easy to utilise the data that it collects. Companies can create stunning dashboards in minutes which allows them to monitor their infrastructure and applications, enabling their teams to react quickly to any critical alert. You will be tasked with increasing our new customer base via inbound and outbound sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Nurture prospects who have taken a free trial of our software
  • Follow up on inbound leads from events, webinars, free trials and marketing content downloads
  • Prospect for new business via phone, email, social media and networking
  • Sustain a stable sales pipeline
  • Be humble, level-headed and always act in the best interest of each customer

About you

We're looking for a smart and consultative sales-minded individual who can customise their sales approach when dealing with enterprise size clients. This individual doesn’t mind a transactional sale but always puts the best interests of the clients first. He/she should be a self-starter who is highly ambitious and can take the lead in a startup environment. 

Jobs specifications & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' B2B sales experience, ideally with software or technical sales experience
  • Strong phone, networking, and business development skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation in a web based CRM
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A customer first consultative approach to sales
