Employees joining us at this rapidly scaling stage will work directly with the CEO of Percy (BCG and Stanford GSB alum) and the CEO of PSG (past chairman of the American Staffing Association), a tremendous opportunity for professional growth.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to help lead our sales process as we continue our rapid expansion around the country.

In this role, you will:

• Close prospective clients via discovery calls and other interactions

• Serve as a thought partner to our executive team in optimizing the sales process (including analyzing data, A/B testing messages, and crafting marketing materials)

• Constantly widen your skills and expand your responsibilities as our organization grows

• Receive competitive compensation and uncapped bonuses on the business you generate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Able to commute to downtown Boston (near South Station)

• Past sales experience

• Consulting or other analytical experience a plus
