Account Executive - Healthcare
OnPlan Health, which recently joined the global fintech company Flywire, is a rapidly growing Software As a Service (SaaS) technology company that provides billing and payment software for the healthcare market. Our solution solves one of healthcare’s biggest challenges by providing a simple, automated way to settle balances for patients with high out-of-pocket costs.
We are seeking a smart, hungry, and high energy sales professional to join our dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Using superior research and phone skills, this inside sales position is accountable for attracting new healthcare clients. This person will convert client conversations into qualified opportunities that are passed on to regional sales directors. This individual should be a great team, player, enjoying having fun and motivated by success.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Remote outbound activity to generate leads (i.e. hunt new business)
- Create inbound lead activity (e.g. creating content or webinars)
- Serve sales inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
- Track all activities and opportunity funnel in CRM System
- Support sales & marketing on different efforts (Lead campaigns, new market research etc.)
Our ideal candidate has:
- BA/BS degree (required)
- 1+ year of inside sales experience; a background selling Saas based solutions is preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
