Sales Enablement Manager

Are you someone that is passionate about enabling sales teams, driving sales effectiveness and loves to roll up your sleeves to make things happen? The primary role of the Sales Enablement Manager is to collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and operations to develop a systematic approach that helps sales teams prepare for all levels of customer interactions. This person will be responsible for defining, developing and training on AppNeta's sales methodology and best practice processes. The Sales Enablement Manager will also be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective sales rep onboarding, assessing performance regularly against agreed upon metrics.

The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely and partner with multiple internal departments including Sales, Marketing and Product Management. This individual will be highly organized, collaborative and will thrive in a high energy work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain deep knowledge and understanding of the sales organization they support, AppNeta’s value proposition and our ideal customer profile. The position will report to the Director of Business Operations. This role is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our most important asset, our talent. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Sales New Hire Program Ownership - Manage new hire sales enablement on-boarding logistics and success plans. Evolve and optimize the new hire enablement program to support AppNeta’s growth and go to market plans. Host and facilitate new hire live workshops, virtual sessions and 1:1 sessions.

  • Sales Enablement Content Development & Certification Design - Work cross functionally to determine execution gaps in current state messaging enablement and design processes, tools, enablement assets, and certification to promote global adoption of best practices and excellence in Sales Messaging execution.
  • Live / Virtual Instruction and 1:1 Coaching - deliver live and virtual training to Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams as part of Onboarding program and/or ongoing education. Provide expert coaching for all participants in AppNeta’s sales process and sales messaging.
  • Drive Sales Adoption - evangelize AppNeta’s sales messaging to generate sales awareness and provide ongoing analysis to ensure adoption of best practices and utilization of tools.
  • CRM Adoption and Sales Tooling - Work with the wider business operations team to manage the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices on how to leverage Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools and ensure alignment to sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or sales related field
  • 5+ years of training experience; previous sales education experience a plus
  • General knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
