The Regional Channel Manager (RCM) is responsible for the promotion and sales of all Watts Brands in the Fire, Waterworks, and Irrigation channels. He / she will
provide technical and sales support to manufacturer’s representatives and specialized distribution in the region. In addition, the RCM is charged with developing sales
plans and strategies within the region to meet short and long term goals. The person in this role is the main point of contact to the representative and must build and
maintain effective business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Meet, or exceed, annual sales targets
• Create sales plans and key account plans
• Manage manufacturer’s representatives.
• Educate reps on product and applications
• Develop and execute, in conjunction with the RSM’s and Director of Sales, promotional sales programs as required
• Develop relationships with all manufacturer’s representatives and specialized distributors in the region
• Communicate company messaging to representatives, engineers, distributors and contractors
• Provide customer VOC in order to change or enhance Watts products and / or service
• Identify projects and their potential. Manage reps to obtain specifications and close on projects
• Follow up on leads
• Regular communication with product management to ensure alignment of messaging
• Attend tradeshows and industry events as required
• Review / assess sales within region and, in conjunction with the RSM’s, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with reps.
• Evaluate product trend sales analysis by Product, Region, Wholesalers and Contractor
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree(preferably in a technical discipline) or equivalent industry experience
MANAGEMENT:
No direct reports, but manages manufacturer’s representatives throughout the region
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• At least five years of experience in Regional Sales Management
• Demonstrated ability in Technical Sales
• Has knowledge and experience within their category(s)
• Travel 70%

$116,000 - $139,000  annually plus incentive
