Recruiting Associate

Position Overview:
We are looking for a strong Recruiting Associate. In this position, you will be a key player in the talent acquisition and people growth function at Catalant, assisting with full life cycle recruitment as we continue to grow our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with interview process, sourcing, scheduling, full candidate life cycle management
- Help to develop Catalant’s Employer brand across multiple online resources
- Post jobs to various school and career sites
- Maintain recruiting metrics, ownership of Greenhouse (ATS)
- Participate in the growth of the company by helping to reinforce company culture, recruit talent, and develop positive partner relationships
- Ad hoc projects as needed
About you:
- 1-3 yrs of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or high growth start up
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbounding methods
- Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Excellent multitasking abilities, and a close attention to detail
- Ability to take a project and run with it.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
