BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Recruiter at Spectrum, you'll play a key role in finding the people to support our mission-delivering superior connectivity to our customers. As a Recruiter I, you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues supporting both high and low volume recruitment for the Customer Service Reliability team.
WHAT OUR RECRUITER II'S ENJOY MOST
  • Managing the recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Consulting and educating hiring teams on the recruitment process
  • Utilizing applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment

On any given day you will be facilitating the process of attracting and acquiring talent for the Customer Service Reliability team including evaluating, selecting, and screening potential talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment, and communicates effectively with multiple audiences. If you're a self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done, you'll feel right at home here.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or related or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Demonstrated communication skills in person, on the phone and written; Strong PC skills including MS Office
  • Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively; Manage multiple projects or assignments
  • Knowledge: Applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Full cycle recruiting experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors
