The Quality Technician will be responsible for:

• Supporting the overall day to day operations of the R&D Part Farm - Print, Debind, Sinter
• Supporting Quality Engineer with the implementation of best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation/waste and provide for continuous improvements
• Assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions of internal quality issues
• Playing a supporting role in development and implementation of pilot operations control plans
• Executing incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspections to support Part Farm workflow
• Assisting in the documentation of procedures for assembly and inspections

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of applicable Quality Technician experience in related field
• Experience with various Six Sigma data analysis tools
• Applicable experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
• Knowledge of various metrology and measurement techniques
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices
• Ability to interpret design documentation (schematics, drawings, etc.).
• Ability to resolve issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Additive manufacturing
• 3D printing
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Knowledge of TS16949
• 5S Operations
• Software - ERP, Trello, Jira, PLM
